October 24th - October 28th

Our Grandparent’s/VIP Day was wonderful! I loved seeing and meeting our special guests and truly enjoyed the smiles on everyone’s faces. The program highlighted the amazing talents our students! Thank you to Dave Fulton and Becky Murphy for their musical guidance for the children. Our classroom and special area teachers also deserve recognition for all they did to help make the program happen. And, of course, thank you to Paige Rowlett for coordinating the entire event!I am looking forward to Grandparent’s/VIP Day 2023 already.

Library News

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!  I love this season in the library.  In PreK  a witch came to read and even did a magic spell with a magic potion.  In kindergarten we used static electricity to make ghosts dance.  In first and second grade, it was all about CANDY.  We used our engineering skills to make catapults and candy shooters.  Third grade celebrated Halloween in the Sideways Way, just like Wayside School.  Fourth and Fifth Graders discussed the most haunted city in the world, SAVANNAH!
