It goes without saying that the last few months have been a challenging time in education, but the enthusiasm on our campus reflects that our students are happy, healthy, and making wonderful academic gains. None of this could be achieved without the collective efforts of our entire faculty, staff, and parent community, and I continue to feel thankful for the Hancock Day School Family. Today marks the halfway point in our first trimester. With the first six weeks of the school year behind us, I am thankful for the support of our parent community and the dedication of our faculty and staff.
Carpool Safety
Please make sure to submit any carpool changes through our electronic form in your Parent Portal. If you do not submit the change, our teachers will stop the line to ask for documentation, and this slows down the pick up process for everyone.
Additionally, for the safety of our teachers and safety patrol students, please leave pets at home when coming through the carpool line.
Students in Action
Spirit week gave our students a chance to showcase their personal styles and love of HDS. We improved our carpool experience on rainy days, and we enjoyed playing in the sunshine, too. Q and U were married on Friday, and our parents supported the school through our Eagle Bash on Friday.
