The Final Countdown
With just eight weeks left in the 2020-2021 school year, there’s SO MUCH to look forward to in the weeks ahead. Mark your calendars --

Some highlights of the spring are usually our class trips for grades 2-5. Guidelines from the CDC and our own HEAC committee have not changed regarding out of town and overnight field trips, so like last spring, these trips will not be able to take place. We will continue to make the most of each day that we have together on campus as we prioritize the health of our students and faculty.
Fifth grade families, be on the lookout after Easter for more details about some special plans to help our fifth graders celebrate the end of their time in the lower school!
At this time we are planning to have in person end of the year programs/ moving up ceremonies for our students celebrating the conclusion of prekindergarten, kindergarten, and fifth grade. More details about these special events will be shared in the near future!
Outerwear & Shoes
Our dress code allows students to wear non uniform outerwear from their car to the building and outside for recess, but non uniform outerwear is not allowed to be worn inside of our classrooms. Please keep this in mind as your child gets dressed for school each day.
Also, remember that primary and lower school students are to wear black, white, or grey athletic shoes.
Signing Children Out of Extended
Please support our extended teachers by making sure to officially sign your child out at the end of each day. A parent’s signature and/or verbal verification with the adult in charge is required.
Did You Know…
Last week our current fifth graders were officially installed as safety patrol officers. These leaders of the lower school proudly wear their safety patrol belts each afternoon as they help load our primary and lower school children into their vehicles.
