March 1st - March 5th
Conferences and the End of T2
Remember that there is no school next Friday, March 5th, as this day is set aside for virtual parent/teacher conferences. Your child’s classroom teacher should have already shared sign up information with you, but please feel free to reach out to her if you have not seen that information. Conference day is specifically designated for meeting with your child’s homeroom/classroom teacher, but all of our teachers and staff members are available via email if you have questions or would like to set up a separate meeting with another teacher or administrator.
We ask our teachers to meet with parents of all of their classroom/homeroom students, so we are only able to set aside 15 minutes for each of these conversations. If you have specific questions or concerns for your child’s teacher, I recommend reaching out to the teacher in advance so that she can be prepared for these items and provide you with the most helpful information.
Report cards will be transmitted electronically on Friday morning, March 5th, so you can have an opportunity to discuss your child’s report card during the conference.
Outerwear & Shoes
Our dress code allows students to wear non uniform outerwear from their car to the building and outside for recess, but non uniform outerwear is not allowed to be worn inside of our classrooms. Please keep this in mind as your child gets dressed for school each day.
Also, remember that primary and lower school students are to wear black, white, or grey athletic shoes.
Signing Children Out of Extended
Please support our extended teachers by making sure to officially sign your child out at the end of each day. A parent’s signature and/or verbal verification with the adult in charge is required.
Wear Your Mask
For the safety of our students, faculty, staff, and administrative team members, please remember to put your mask on if you are outside of your vehicle on campus for any reason.
Did You Know…
We are currently working to put together a small selection of week-long camps for the month of June. Stay tuned for more information!
