Masking on Campus

Parents, please support our faculty and staff by wearing a mask if you are out of your vehicle for any reason. This is especially important when you are signing your child in/out. We rely on all of the adults on campus to model appropriate mask wearing for our students.

Admissions & Reenrollment

We have had a larger than usual number of new families express interest in joining us for the 2021-2022 school year. Our admissions team will be reviewing each application and working to determine the best fit as we identify any potential openings in the near future. Please pay close attention to future announcements regarding the deadlines for reenrollment as we expect many grade levels to fill quickly.

We will be assessing potential new prekindergarten and kindergarten students over the next couple of weeks. In accordance with our COVID-19 protocol, these children will be carefully screened upon arrival and kept separate from the rest of our student population.

February Lunch Sign-Up is Open

The deadline is FRIDAY, JANUARY 22ND! To sign up, you need to go onto your FACTS account, preferably on a computer, and click LUNCH from the menu bar.  Click on the monthly option on the right top bar, click on your STUDENT’S name, click on CREATE WEB ORDER, click on your STUDENT’S name again and the offerings should appear.  Click on your choices and make sure you do for EVERY week of the month for the days you are participating.  Scroll down and hit SUBMIT AND PAY.  Follow the same steps for your other child.  The order will not come through unless that SUBMIT AND PAY part is done.

Arriving on Time

Morning work is a critical part of our program, especially for our youngest students, and you can support your children (and our teachers) by developing the habit of arriving on time for school each day. Our instructional assistants and teachers must move inside of our buildings at 8:15 to begin their instructional days with their students. Families who arrive after 8:15 will need to park their vehicles on the curb and walk their children to the door of the building to sign in their children. Please be sure to wear a mask when you are outside of your vehicle.

Did You Know…

It’s flu season! We are all tired of talking about COVID-19, and thankfully, this week was our second consecutive week with all of our classes (prekindergarten - fifth grade) present on campus to offer in person instruction. We have seen a small number of cases of other ailments like colds, the flu, and strep throat. Our masking and cleaning procedures are definitely cutting down on the transmission of these illnesses, but please continue to encourage your children to wash their hands and remember to keep them home if they are not feeling well.
