Conversation with the Community

Thanks to all of our parents who attended this week’s virtual Conversation with the Community focused on caring for our children. Below you can find a link to the slide presentation.

Coffee and Conversation - Caring for our Children during COVID-19

Dress Code - Haircuts

Our uniform policy states that boys’ hair should not extend beyond the top of the collar or obscure a student’s face. Understanding that some of our families may be seeking to limit unnecessary trips out in the community, we have not yet enforced this policy this year. Beginning Tuesday, September 8th, our teachers will be sending home a notification with children who still need haircuts. If you know that your child needs to have a trim, please work to make this happen in advance of Tuesday, September 8th.

Carpool - Checking out Early

Due to our staggered dismissal times this year, picking up your child early for an afternoon appointment can be a challenge. If you need to pick up your child before their scheduled dismissal time, we recommend picking up no later than 2:15pm. This will give you time to depart campus with your child before cars begin to line up for the primary building’s 2:45 dismissal.
