March 9th - March 13th
Did You Know?
Monday, March 2nd, was National Read Across America Day, and all week long our students have been engaged in a variety of fun reading activities here at school. From Book Buddies to celebrating Dr. Seuss, Mrs. Hill and our teachers have worked together to create exciting and memorable opportunities for our students. In addition to reading at school, research shows that reading with your child at home accelerates reading gains and helps children grow to become life-long readers. Reading with your child for as little as fifteen minutes per night can have a significant impact!
